TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT
Students (or parent/guardian) experiencing technology issues with any learning platform, software, or district-approved application on their student-issued device should first contact their CVVA teacher to resolve the problem. If the issue remains unresolved, please contact the Cumberland Valley Help Desk - see below.
Students experiencing hardware or connectivity issues with any district-owned device needing to complete course work should submit a ticket to the Cumberland Valley Help Desk. To submit a Help Desk ticket, please go to: https://cvschools.incidentiq.com/guest/VTEGDF25/guest-ticket

- Username: student CV e-mail address (last 2 digits of graduation year, first letter of first name, full last name @cvsdstudents.org)
- Password: six-digit student number
