Work Permit Process
To obtain a work permit, a student must provide a valid proof of age and an application (completed by a parent or guardian).
Email the completed application and proof of age to: [email protected].
Once the required documentation has been received the work permit will be mailed to the address provided on the application.
Acceptable proof of age includes:
Birth certificate
Military ID
Passport/Passport card
Baptismal Certificate
Driver’s License/Learner's Permit
